I don't know anything that can do that. My options would be:

* Someone found a way to run queries or access files in a way that your site get's blocked.
* Someone is running a DDoS against your server between those hours.

If siteground has checked it then I'd vote for the first one.

What I'd do is to download your site log and check what's the last thing that happens when the site goes down. You can find them in CPanel/Plesk or ask Siteground to provide you.

If you give me access to the site I can do a fast check to see if there is something wrong.

You are using an outdated version of Joomla that may contain security issues. I recommend you to update. fAIT

3. Checking for issues that could be causing the site being down from 0:00 to 7:00 my first idea was to search for a cron job. Apparently you have one running for com_adsmanager. Can you check it at server side? If so check which time is it running to see if it may be related with the issue.
4. I enabled system debug to search for bad queries. And unfortunately you have a lot. There are queries executed 15 times on each page load (same query). One of the extensions with most repeated queries is com_adsmanager. Then there is a category loading that is also repeated like 10 times and then some tags loading. Category and tags queries may be fixed updating the joomla version.fait
