1-Is the email field set to 'profile field' ?
Yes

2-You users can access the edit form without being logged or they must be logged in to see the form ?
Users have to login to access post add form.

It's mistake explaining backend form in my previous post.
Actually what I am saying is, after posting an add by a user, if the email field is set only editable in admin to YES, admin is receiving users ads without their email address (admin can see an empty email field without users email address in ads backend edit form)
But if email field set only editable in admin to NO, admin is receiving users ads with their email address ( admin can see users email address with their ads in backend edit form)
So the problem solved if email field set only editable in admin to NO, user's ads are saving with their email address and after publishing ads website visitors or buyers can send emails to sellers successfully.
Please update this ticket as resolved.

The field set to editable only by admin are not saved in the frontend.
