Cannot send email to sellers and getting this error message when trying to send an email to the seller.

Hello,

Could you go in the global configuration of Joomla, 'Server' tab and try to send a test email ?
If it doesn't work, that mean there is something wrong with the server.

I finally found actually what is happening. I have try to send an email to a previously posted ad, and I can send emails successfully, but I cannot send emails to newly posted ads. So to check this I posted a new add and found that the email address is missing in the backend ads form. Due to this reason buyers cannot send emails to seller's new ads. But if I enter email address manually in the backend emails field of ads, emails can send successfully. I don't know why sellers email address is missing with their ads in the backend and please help me to fix this.

I think I finally found the solution.
In the email field configuration, if i set field only editable in admin to "YES" (ads are saving without seller's email and not showing email address in ads backend form)

I would like to ask you why seller's email address is not prefill in ads backend form if I set field only editable in admin to YES ?

Is the email field set to 'profile field' ?
You users can access the edit form without being logged or they must be logged in to see the form ?
