AdsManager - End of life

It is with great regrets that we have chosen to end the developpement of Adsmanager and its other associated components.

So you see no error because when you upgrade from version 2.8 to 2.9 is not added to the table "_adsmanager_categories", the column "limitads" then on n Allows to save because Lanyard miss that but the error only occurs in update and not a new installation

So, I need to completely uninstall ads manager and the re-install it? Will I lose my data?

If you do it that way, yes.

Do you have an access to your database ?

If so, you can directly check if everything is all right.

If you have an access, look if these columns exists.

In the _adsmanager_categories table : limitads,usergroupsread and usergroupswrite
and in _adsmanager_ads table : publication_date

I'm not very good with that sort of thing...I wouldn't know the first place to look or what to type in to correct it. Unfortunately, it looks like I'll just have to uninstall it and then re-install it or go back to 2.8. Do you know if you guys will release an update to correct the problem any time soon?

I found the issue !
The issue is with adsmanager (in paid version). the update script is not working great (not adding new columns).
You need to install first the adsmanager free version then the paid one.

We will release this week a new version 2.9.1 with the fix inside.
