Hello,

I don't know where you get this plugin. We don't have any plugin for UddeIM. The integration with UddeIM is directly inside the adsmanager core (link to PMS the author of an ad) in the ad details.

Anyway, I think your plugin is a joomla plugin and not an adsmanager field plugin. so this should be installed from the extensions manager of Joomla.

What a nuisance I am being!
I got this plugin from Joomla Extensions (JED) see here:

extensions.joomla.org/extensions/communication/pms/3206

You will notice in the reviews that one person wrote:

"I like it, because it can be integrated in AdsManager component"

Hello,

if you wish to use uddeim with adsManager, you need to set 'Contact by PMS' to Yes in the setting of AdsManager.

If Uddeim is installed, the contact will be redirect to uddeim to contact the owner of the ads.

For some reason, I cannot get UddeIM to work on my site...
The plugin will not install.
Is it possible for you to find out why

The plugin they provide for AdsManager does not install...
Although it states that it is specifically for AdsManager..

Hello,

Without Uddeim, you cannot enable the 'Contact by PMS' option.

You don't need any plugin to use Uddeim, when the user want to contact the owner of an ad, everything is automatic.
But you need to install AdsManager, Uddeim and set the option 'Contact by PMS' to yes.

If you've got trouble to install Uddeim, you may need to directly ask a solution to the editor of the component.
