In my site I have three credit packs. DEFAULT USD5 ( 10 credits ) , PACKAGE1 USD10 ( 20 credits ) , PACKAGE2 USD20 (40 credits)

My firs issue is for an example a user want to purchase DEFAULT USD5 ( 10 credits ), he can earn credits using the payment option ( Pay with Credits ) without paying a single amount of money or credits.

Another issue is for an example a user purchased a credit pack, he is not getting the credits included with the package, but he is getting 5 credits for USD5 ( not 10 credits for USD5 )

So could you please tell me how to solve these issues, and also please tell me how to set new registered users for 0 credits and please tell me how to exclude Pay with Credits option for purchasing credit packs.

Check the plugins in the backend to see if the plugin 'Invoicinggenerator' for virtualmoney is eabed.

For the first problem, I don't really understand, the user can pay an invoice with credits and you don't want him to do that ?

For the first problem, a new registered user is getting 5 credits automatically, using that 5 credits he can purchase another 5 credits, no credits are decreasing from his balance, but he can purchase and increase his credit balance as much as he want.

If the plugin invoicing payement Virtualmoney is enabled, then you need to disbale it. It will solve the problem.

After disabling Invoicing Virtual money plugin, the problem is solved.
