I have disabled cache to be sure:

so :
if a user takes a paid subscription and after tries to get other subscription with a bigger price (when i have a subscription upgrade from A to B with flexible discount) works.

if a user takes a free subcription and after takes a paid one and after tries to upgrade it. no more flexible discount applied.

i have to say that i tried with different terms for free subscription - longer then the other ...shorter the the other.
i think doesnt apply the discount because takes in consideration that user upgrades from free one.. so nothing to discount.

When user takes a look at his subscriptions: he has :
1- the free one
2- first paid one
3- second paid one... the one with the upgrade discount that not applied. That one has a valability starting the moment he applied for it(paid for it).

in the same time first paid subscription is still active until when expires.
Here i have a question. is normal that if the user made an upgrade.. the upgraded one to be deleted? Or if is not deleted.. the upgraded one should start after the expiration of the first ?

I agree that no discount from free to any of them:

But i told you:

a user takes a free subscription A
after that takes a paid one at the price of 10$ - length 90 days subscription B
he tries to upgrade from the subscription B to subscription C. (there is a flexible discount activated) . in norma way he has to recieve the discount but it is not applied.

the discount is applied if user takes from the begining the paid subscription B and after tries to upgrade to another one C.

Look at the image the user has 3 subscriptions in the same time.
By the way dont now why is sorting like this: the cronologic order is painted by me on the photo.
There are different subscriptions

i just want to apply the discount when the user take subscriptions in the steps described not only if he first buy B and after that C subscription.

step 1 :
after a free subscription A the user takes paid subscription B

step 2

after he takes the paid subscription B he want to take subcription C.. and he takes is ... but with no discount applied


Some question: why sometimes appears that year 1970 ? Not every time
As you can see in the subscriptions list in step 2 : the free subscription A will expire in that day... this change appears only after he takes subscription C. in step 1 no change .. and the year was good.
I cant explain better.. hope you understand

here another thing
try to take a free subscription on my site with a new user not a created one
after that try to take a paid subscription ... choose offline payment... and manualy set the order as paid.

take a look at user subscriptions in front end: the paid one doesnt appear
take a look at user invoices...appears as paid
take a look in backend at subscriptions: it is ok... active.. and paid
the user is assigned to the correct group .. that is ok

even you clear the cache.. will not appear .
so the problem is in front end.


I really dont understand why when i use my superuser account or the superuser account created for tom .. at least i see my subscriptions..like in the earlier post.
