AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

Yes, it needs to be numeric, but the field type numeric shows up and down arrows, which are not right at all in this context.

Can I use a text field and specify only numbers as valid entry, or is there another way to make a better looking phone number field?

The up and down arrow are added by the browser.

You can't specify only numbers for the textfield yet.
