Hello, I just installed the free version of Ads Manager on my site but am having the issue of the of Pictures Upload box not showing when adding New Ads at the font end. I have tried to go through the configuration to see how I can make it show for image upload when adding new Ads.

Please, any help to solve this?

Check javascript error.
Check that you are loading jQuery (adsmanager >configuration>jquery)

Yea, thanks. I set the Jquery to "yes" yet it can't show. But, as I updated the component to the latest version ie Adsmanager_version2.9.1. Another problem occurred. This time around, when I select "New Ads" , selecting "Category" supposed to open the New Ads form but this is not happening at the moment after the update. Please, am thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling but hope this won't erase my configurations. I like this component and i look forward to having the paid version if it works. Thanks.

Strange, what happen after selecting a category .

DId you try to change the category display (adsmanager configuration, to cascade or another display)

Could you try with SEF unactivated.

Thanks for your patience. I tried category display type "Colored Dropdown" then i changed to "Simple dropdown" I just tried out your suggestion yet not working. Maybe you have a try of the site; www.smartdigitalstore.com.

For "free support" we don't have enough time to check every website with adsmanager. I hope your understand. I really thing there is a conflict with another component or template.

If you subscribe to a membership pack, (bronze) we will check with you directly on your website the issue
