Hello!

I give free access for specific categories to a specific Usergroup.
In the basic settings, these categories have a price of 2 Euros.

If the user with this specific usergroup post an ad in the frontend with some extras (highlight, sticky, etc) the price will calculated corretcly, but the add will be posted without beeing redirected to the invoice manager.

If a normal user post an add with or without options / extras everything works as aspected.

Any idea what i'm doing wrong?

Hello,

If you choose to made the ads free for a specific group then the ad will be entirely free and not just the category.

Best regards.

Hello!

Thank You for your quick reply!

Maybe You can write this in the documentation. I searched for a while to figure this out. :(

But, it's okay.

And another improvement for the future: Customers, who have this free acess should not see the prices. This could make the customers feel insecure.

Hello,

You can hide the total price if it is at zero in the configuration of PaidSystem.

Best regards.

But that is not the solution.
I tried to follow your advice:

In the configuration page of paid system i set the category price to 0.

In the category-page i set the category-price to 2.-, because i also want to charge the "normal" customers. The result is the same like in the other way. My members also see the prices. :silly:

Hello,

I see the issue, sorry I did not understand before.

The category price are always displayed if you set one, even for customer that are set to be not charged.

Best regards.
