AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

Hello,
I installed the free version of adsmager with joomla 3.2
When a user registers it does not receive the confirmation email!
What's going on?

This is pure joomla code (user registration). Your website is not well configured (check your joomla configuration for mail settings)

Hi there,
i've a similar issue...
i've installed too adsmanger free version with j25
my Submission Type is set on: Create User Account (if needed) when posting an ad

when i try to register an user with joomla standard com_users&view=registration the account confirmation email work well
when i add new ad all work well but the account confirmation email don't work

Hello,

If you enable this feature, there is no registration confirmation, the account is automatically enabled when posting the ad.

Hi,
With this configuration, the user is "active" but not "activated" in Management backend users.
So, how do you know that there is a new user registered ?

you must set activation automatic in joomla. There is no other solution currently
