AdsManager - End of life

It is with great regrets that we have chosen to end the developpement of Adsmanager and its other associated components.

AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

Hi
I would like to know if the following are possible and what kind of configurations needed.
The case is where I have a paid category with a number of durations.
On the new add page after selecting the duration the total price shows up.

1. I would like to redirect to paypal after form submission, pay and then get the ad under review.
2. No invoices needed (to manually edit and send to clients)
3. A confirmation email is sufficient after the add will be published
4. If possible publish the add immediately and not wait for review

Hello,

1. and 2. The invoices are mandatory in order to send the needed info to the payment plugin like Paypal. A lot of custom will be needed to do what you wish.

3. In the next version of Invoicing, we have upgraded all the emails system, you will be able to do that easily.
4. In the configuration of adsmanager, 'general' tab, just set the parameter 'Automatically Published' to Yes.

Ok. I do not understand though why the whole process is so complicated.
Can the system send automatic emails after new paid add creation, or the admin has to do that manually by the back-end through the invoicing component?

mail are sent automatically after payment, there is no manual thing to do
You just have to enable the wanted email, put your website online and (no offline or htacess) so paypal can connect to your website to valid order directly
