If this code is inserted:

var_dump ($a);

in:
templates/adsclarity/html/com_adsmanager/details/default_jssor.php
output:
string(17) "/details/-/-.html"

in:
components/com_adsmanager/views/details/view.html.php
output:
string(78) "/details/65-meropriyatiya-foto-video/12018-did-moroz-sniguronka-teatr-kor.html"

Ok I take a look to the 2 var_dump, it was not correct due to wrong php code in the syntax.

So you have the same value.
But I don't understand finally what was the problem first ?

is there something wrong with:
