AdsManager - End of life

It is with great regrets that we have chosen to end the developpement of Adsmanager and its other associated components.

AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.

The components will be free and no support will be provided anymore for the other users.

migrate data was created by crmelo
Currently I am using Joomla 1.5.26 + 2.5.0 adsmanger.
I am migrating to Joomla 3.0 + adsmanger 2.9.10.
I wonder if I would like to migrate the information because they do not want to lose the ads and their registered access.
Why is it important in this new site I'm doing, to prove the customer the amount of views.

I await your help.

Hello,

You can do the migration, but it is a difficult process.

I strongly recommend you to make a backup of your database before doing anything.

For the migration, you can try to directly install adsmanager 2.9.10 on your website in 1.5 and copy-paste the content of your adsManager table in the new database.

If it doesn't work, i'm afraid you'll need to adapt the old tables first then made a data transfert manually.
