Hi!

I installed Bruce component today on my Joomla 2.5 platform.

The installation seemed to work fine, but obviously there is something wrong.

To explain:
- The "categories", "clients", "docs" and "tracks" options within admin site for Bruce are all working fine
- The "banner" option however is only displaying a blank page

The core Joomla banner component is for some reason not working properly on my site, which also was the reason that I needed to look for another banner management solution.

I need some support on how to figure out whats wrong. If needed, I can provide you with admin and FTP access to my site. Thank you very much for your response in advance!

I upgraded my site from Joomla 2.5 to the latest version of Joomla 3.x. This fixed the issue.
In other words, there is no need to reply to this support request

I'm not sure if I need to start a new thread. But I am having the same issue but only when either trying to create a new banner or edit an existing one that imported from the Joomla Banners.
I was able to create a new client and new category but get a blank page when doing a new banner.
I tried to sync with Joomla banner and then edit one, but the same thing happens.
I'm on Joomla 3.5.1

Could you enable the error reporting of Joomla and retry ?
If you see an error message, could you post it here ?

The error is on the admin side, not the front end. Even enabling error reporting and/or debugging still delivers a blank page - no errors.
