'First name' field appearing in new ad was created by brsi
Hi, I have this 'First name' field appearing in my new ad view, along with the adsmanager default 'Last name, first name'; as there is no such filed defined in Adsmanager, I suppose it comes from the link with CB. The problem is that even when disconnected from CB as third party for Adsmanager, the field remains. No matter what I do, I cannot get rid of it.
Any idea?

It's coming from the fact that you set ": allow creation of user account during ad posting". so we need to create a "user account" so we need this information.

Yes , of course; the problem here is the presence of two fields: the sandard Adsmanager 'name' feld' (Last name, First name' and a second field displaying 'First name' only, that is not defined in Adsmanager and, as stated before, probably comes from CB. The point is there is no way to get rid of this redundant field.

This is coming from the "name_style" option in CB (which set first and last as two fields)

Ok, its clearer now. The confusion came from the fact that the equivalent of CB field 'Last name' is labelled as 'Last name, First name' in Adsmanager, since it only uses a single name field.
