Pasted to the front of the file but it does not work

Hello, I would like on the front view at the end of the latest offers which have more showed up pagination as it is in the list view (Start 1 2 3 4 5 6 next end)
The system can only change the number of displayed newest ads would add sub-division such as 1 (10 products) - 2 (10 products) - 3 (10 products).
