Hello everyone
I have problems with the advensed search module & the global filters module.
In these modules I have no parameters. Yet as I see in the documentation, there is usually a few parameters for these modules.

I'm on Joomla 3.2.2. Maybe the problem is that? I do not know ...

Hello,

The setting of the global filter and the advanced search are in the adsManager component, not in the modules setting.

You will find the setting of the advanced search module in the menu of the adsmanager component (the menu displayed at the left of the component's pages.)

And the setting of the global filter is within the General tab in the configuration of AdsManager.

We are aware this is not very clear and we intend to correct it soon.

I saw what you say, but my problem now concerns the Global Filters module. When I enabled it, it gives me the following error:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in [...]/htdocs/components/com_adsmanager/helpers/field.php on line 622

is this module compatible with Joomla 3.2.2?

Hello,

I've just made a test with AdsManager 2.9.9 and Joomla 2.9.9 and i don't have your error.

Did you try to reinstall the global filter module ?

yes I tried but it does not work.
(I think you mean Joomla 3.2.2 ...?)

I will not use this module for now, but if you happened to fix it, let me know.

What value did you put in the global filter field (adsmanager configuration) the name of a existing field like ad_headline ?
