AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.

The components will be free and no support will be provided anymore for the other users.

Hi, I have created a website about 1 month ago, based on ADSManager 2.9.5. All works fine until today when some ads are expiring. The users correctly receive the email, they click on the link to renew and log-in. Then select 1 of the 2 renewal methods we created (the result is the same for both), the system show the period of renewal and the correct cost (in credit). When the user click on "renew" button, (see attached SCREEN1.jpg) the page "My Ads" is displayed, with in head a message "Ad published" (SEE SCREEN2.jpg) but the expiration date of the ad and the user credit are the same as before. No errors are received and no ads can be renewed.

Can you help me please???

Please send me by email, URL + admin account + FTP account, we will check that and fix if needed as soon as possible to avoid expiration of some ads.
