Since moment I posted my message passed 24 hours.

Could somebody let me know how work your support and approximate time when should I wait reply to my questions on daily basis?

Otherwise it seems for me that I paid for nothing.

Please clarify this situation.

Hello,

Sorry for this little delay.
Regarding the carousel, you need to use mod_paidsystem_feat and configure it. this module is installed when you install adsmanager.zip from the gold pack.

What do you mean by remove safely Information ? you can remove the fields in the information section (details view) and also you can set an empty text for this "field block".
Or you can override the views/details/tmpl/default.php to remove the block part in the html
