Is there any option in the administration part to display the price field and city field, for example, in the grid view in all ads?

If not, can it be done by an override in the code?

Hello,

The grid view can only be customized by override.

You can find the file in components/com_adsmanager/views/list/tmpl/default_grid.php or in templates/your_template/html/com_adsmanager/list/default_grid.php.
