For SEO purposes could you suggest if its a good idea to allow in robots.txt
folder of adsmanager? For example images or whatever needs.

Hello,

You can let the robots.txt allowed for those folder.

However, if your ads are removed quickly (an expiration time of less than 7 days for example), the robot might crawl page that will not exist very quickly and that can be a bad things for Google.
