AdsManager - End of life

It is with great regrets that we have chosen to end the developpement of Adsmanager and its other associated components.

AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.

The components will be free and no support will be provided anymore for the other users.

Hello,

In the configuration of AdsManager, 'General' tab, set the setting 'Cron type' to 'On user request' and go to the front end of your website on an AdsManager page.

Best regards.

I did this step
"In the configuration of AdsManager, 'General' tab set the setting 'Cron type' to 'On user request'"

I do not understand what I have to do for this step
"Go to the front end of your website on an AdsManager page."

thank you

Hello,

The setting 'on user request', will trigger the cron when an action is done on the front end of your website in an adsmanager page.

That's why you need to go in the frontend of your website to trigger it.
Nothing will happen if it was already executed in the last hours but it will be executed if it was not for a given time.

Best regards.
