I purchase adsclarity + gold package, but my adsclarity template is not working. what am i do for it?

i install this site. but adsclarity can't editing settings. i cn't edit site name, site logo, template skin, etc.... the editing page is open, but edited setting are not save. save or save and close buttons are not working. only close button is working in Edit page... plase help me to solve it.

I asked you an access to your server to fix the errors not a specific file.
Could you tell me what archive you used to install AdsClarity and how you did it ?
If you have used the quickstart to create a new website, you don't need to do anything other than that.
