I think this issue occurred after installing acysms for joomla user registration but not sure because for a long time I have disabled user registration and enabled it to check how this plugin works. Could you please help me to solve this issue. (not showing template logo main menu and search box on the user registration page)

Could you try to disable the acysms components ?
If it works, then you must contact the developpers of that component to ask for support.

If not, can you send FTP + admin account at support @ juloa.com ?

Hi Loic

I have already checked the issue. If I unpublished acysms plugin, the logo main menu and search box is showing correctly. When I checked acyba website, their support forum is not working and cannot create support tickets. So I have send them an email for support by mentioning the issue and waiting for a reply from them. But I need your help to check this issue and I will provide my FTP + admin details to you including their reply to this issue when I got a reply from them.

Just now that this issue is most likely caused by the acyba component and if the error is unusual we will not fix it for you.

The support team will take a look in case that issue come from one of our components.
