Bonjour,

Désole pour le doublon, j'ai déjà envoyé un mail mais c'est mieux ici pour avoir une trace.

Je possède deux problèmes de droits et un bug de facturation :

1 - Lorsque je me connecte en tant que client, je suis bien connecté mais je suis redirigé sur la page d'accueil avec écrit "Vous n'êtes pas autorisé à accéder à cette ressource : nsa38.casimages.com/img/2016/09/22/160922103758854591.png

2 - De même lorsque je consulte les factures, la fenêtre qui s'ouvre n'affiche pas la facture mais la page d'accueil : nsa37.casimages.com/img/2016/09/22/160922103853988607.png

3 - Lorsque je commande un service, quand la facture s'affiche pour le payement, on m'ajoute automatiquement un package de 30 crédits : nsa37.casimages.com/img/2016/09/22/160922104343322584.png

1. il semblerait que la facture n'appartiennent pas à l'utilisateur qui veut la voir

Par rapport au deux autres problèmes et meme par rapport au premier il nous faudrait un comtpe FTP + user + URL + lien vers ce ticket pour pouvoir analyser tout cela.
