Simple Search - how to add field to the simple sea was created by hazem

Hi,
I am using Adsmanager - Search module on all pages, I would like to add the ad city field (ad_city ) to the search module, I tried to add the field in the module so i added ad_city to Field1 in the module but nothing change and the module displays only the category and search text filed , how to make it display also the ad_city field in the simple search module
please note that this behaviour is only if the language selected is different than English, if language is English the field ad_city will appear.

Very strange, are you sure that the configured module is not just for English, and that another is for other language.
I don't understand why it will work on english and not on other language.
Do you have an URL ?
