We are launching our website pretty soon.
As this issue relates to the ad fields, forms and listings, we need this bottleneck to be resolved soon.

May i know if there is a deadline given for your team? Will you be able to provide us with some updates?

As we received lot of support tickets. I want to be sure we are not missing one support.
Could you resend us a mail with remaining issue and credentials to log in (FTP and admin account) this will save time to check all mails and post.

This is very irresponsible and un-professional of you to say that. :angry: :angry: :angry:

First you mentioned that your support is on vacation.
Next you said my bug is on your urgent to-do list and you need more time as this bug is not an easy one.
Then your team sent an email to me promising to resolve my problem last week with my FTP and admin details in the whole email thread.
Now you are telling me that you could be missing out on one support ticket and need me to re-send it to you?

How are you able to update me that my bug is on your urgent todo list when you might not have even accessed to my FTP and admin details to check on my matter? If your team had replied to me, how could you miss out this "one" support (and it has already been on the urgent to-do list)?

It has been 3 weeks since i sent the support ticket. All i received from your team and you were empty promises with regards to this issue. How do you want me to accept your reply that you could have miss out that one support ticket? How long more do you expect me to wait? Can you please be honest , look into this matter and tell me what is going on?

I am very tempted to post bad reviews about your incompetence to resolve more complex issues.

Please consider first all tickets you raised because sending this email.
Check all fast support you get.
I know about the google maps in ads issue. I asked if they was also other pending issue.

What is that ? I don't like this kind of comment.

For this issue (so the only one with long time to answer,)
- don't forget to read the terms when you purchase the code => Software is delivered as it is.

- your issue is not reproducible on joomprod.com demo, so lot of changes that the issue is on your site (integration issue) => so at this end we wil have spend time that was not under our responsability.

Except if you don't know dévelopment, could you normally answered that some bug need more analysis and take time to resolve.

So please, don't send post like this, and be sure that we will not forget your support.

Ah, there is a misunderstanding. I presume your reply was a direct answer to my question on updates. With this, it led me think that you have missed out on my google map issue and lied to me that it is in your urgent-to-do list. Instead of finding back the email, you are asking for a resend of my credentials to resolve this issue now. That's why I became annoyed, thinking that I have been waiting 3 weeks for nothing.

All is good now. I hope it is over at your side too.

2 things:
1) There is not only one with long time to answer. There's another issue as well and awaiting for your reply: www.joomprod.com/forum/adsmanager-suppor...ge-after-log-in.html This is the same as the one in my email to you on 22 Aug 2016.

2) Do note that your terms also mentioned "However, we offer forum-based support to all subscribers. Support via emaiis limited to paid subscription. Support is NOT available for sites containing objectionable content including but not limited to WAREZ, products/services illegal in France."
The main reason why i bought your Gold package is because of the 1 year support and your/Loic's willingness to take subscriber's credential and resolve the problems (as seen in your support with other past subscribers in the forum).

With regards to the pending issues that you have asked for, there are 2 remaining. They are the same as per the email sent to you on 22 Aug 2016. These 2 issues have yet to be resolved since 22 Aug 2016. I will resend them and please look into it.

As I have mentioned that my website is almost ready to launch, I hope you can give me an estimated time you need to resolve these issues so that i can plan for the launch.
