I just bought the ads manager, gold edition because of its jomsocial integration but I did not see any much of it.
How can I display the registered user info and contact info in detailed view of the ad?
I dont want the for the registered user to put again location and information that is already there in database.
I published both jomsocial plugins and unpublished all the fileds in new ad about user names, location, etc.

Is there any plugin for displaying user info in ad detail view?

Hello currently what you can do with jomsocial is:

Use the Private Messaging of JS in AdsManager
Link user ads to the User Profile on JS
Link edit profile to the User Profile edition on JS

What you are asking is in the todo list. (we planned to create a module in which you will be able to display the user details of the ad owner).

Right now it's already possible to do it without any hack, you should just override the views/details/tmpl/default.php
and add some PHP to add user information using JS API

If my memory is good, there is another company which provide a module to display jomsocial bar on ad details.
gotour.it I think (P.S: This is another company their code is under their support)

Do you see in the JS API, code to display a field,avatar, etc... ?

hello and thanks for the immediate reply. well the portal I am developing has already 11000 plug-ins and it is not so easy for me everytime to modify things. I already did it a lot of times but my time is limited.

another thing that I noticed is that I can't redirect an ad viewer to the ad owner jomsocial profile page. I don't have of course community builder installed and I tried all the combinations in third party settings but still ads manager redirect the viewer to his all ads page and not to his jomsocial profile page.

and another question, is it possible as an admin to moderate specific categories only and not the whole category ads?

I want my members to be able to add ads without any moderation from an admin to all categories except one.

There was an error in 2.9.6 , when clicking on user profile, it was always the your ads displayed instead of current user profile.

Fixed in 2.9.7

Thanks but from where could I download the 297 version? I only see 296. Is the upgrade an easy process? Is it automatically through Joomla's Extensions manager?
