Help Help!! I have new problems, first it was OK to place an add, but now there is this problem.

First there is no possibility to place pictures anymore ?!?

And when I go on and press on save I see this error:

2. I also can't get a banner in the right top.
All the time when I try you see the banner on all kind of places,

3. When you look to homepage you see a slider, I is OK and no problem to use.
But when I go to my cellphone Adsmanager is change to fit the screen but the slider did not !
What can we do about that ?
