Hello,

I bought the sh404sef component, but the only thing that makes in adsmanager is remove the numbers on the main category of the URL! What is the purpose of sh404sef in adsmanager? I didn't see anything useful.

Also, when I list the ads of a user appears the number and not the name of the user in the url. Is there any way to display the username and remove all the numbers from the URL using the sh404sef component?

the goal of sh404 is to prevent duplicated URL for the same content.
For exemple if you have several URL with different Itemid pointing on only 1 ad. sh404sef will redirect all urls to only the first URL generated by sh404 for this ad.

You could also write your own plugin for sh404 (based on the one provided) which will change how the URL are like add a field in the URL like city etc..
