What do you call 'tooltips' ?

And what do you mean by 'plain text to the description field?' ?

Sorry for my English ..

in my ad registration form there are some field with description

ex

tittle --- description field title (add your title here) ..

that description field is diplay into a tooltip information with icon (i) ...

I want display this descrption in normal text and not in information tooltip with image
