AdsManager - End of life

It is with great regrets that we have chosen to end the developpement of Adsmanager and its other associated components.

AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.

The components will be free and no support will be provided anymore for the other users.

We are glad to announce the immediate availability of AdsManager 2.9 !

1. New architecture

Discover today the new architecture around AdsManager.

To allow a more modular approach, we have decided to split AdsManager is several components.

Each component is in charge a specific part, that could be install or not depending on your needs ! This will also allow us to create in the next months, new components that will be work like a "LEGO" game.

In addition to AdsManager and Paidsystem, there are now 2 other components: 

VirtualMoneyVirtualMoney: Add a virtual currency management system to your Joomla! allowing you to manage your virtual currency and related services (purchase credits packs, exchange, points system, etc.).

This component is required if you want to use the credit system of PaidSystem.

 

InvoicingInvoicing: Add a billing management system to your Joomla! allowing you to centralize your sales (offline and online) in a unique place. Prepare your quotes and your list of products and manage online payment (with paypal, paybox, systempay...)
This component is required if you want to use the payment system by ads of PaidSystem.

2. New Features

Drag & Drop Field Assignment: You can now decide with fields should be displayed and where with a simple drag & drop.

Geolocation Module: View a google map marking the position of your ads, allowing users to locate the ads.

Advanced search module: Select which fields should be displayed in your search module (with a drag &drop interface). Search Fields will be displayed depending on the category.

Order/Invoice Templates + PDF: Design your invoices in the administration and send them in PDF format to  your customer

3. Online Documentation & Support Forum

DocumentationAdsManager documentation is now online !

We also switch the forum to kunena, to have a better integration with our website. The forum is now split in two parts (public and "paid area"). The two sections are available to anyone, only posting in paid area requires an active subscription. This will improve our speed to answer you and give more help to the free community.
