[RESOLVED] Invoicing componet non accessible was created by panta7

I can't access to Invoicing component after upgrade it from 2.9.1 to 2.9.2, it shows a blank page with this php error:

Fatal error: Access level to InvoicingToolbar::renderSubmenu() must be public (as in class FOFToolbar) in .../administrator/components/com_invoicing/toolbar.php on line 595

So i tried this modification to this file:

class InvoicingToolbar extends FOFToolbar
{
~~register~~ public function renderSubmenu()
{

now the component is accessible but, is it the right modification to solve the problem? Thanks.

Are you using akeeba backup or admin tools with latest version.

I will check this (I never add this problem) but maybe akeeba components added the latest version of FOF which add some modification. Will be back to you soon

hello I have the same problem
I only use Akeeba Backup 3.8.1

Another problem is added. The "Clients" tab in inaccessible with this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function clear() on a non-object in .../libraries/fof/model/model.php on line 1618

Yes both error are due to the new release of akeeba and fof. Will fix that asap in 2.9.3
