I don't understand what you need.

If you need a new field, you can create it in the backend of your website in the AdsManager component.

for the display, are you talking about the list view or the details view ?
What is the type of the field you need to display ?

you can call this field the name of the field groups that will be below this name ...

Hello,

Ok, so you need a field that will just display something.

You can try the field type customcode.

All you have to do in enter the text you wish to display in the fields 'Edit view custom code' for the content add form and 'Details and List view custom code' for the list and details view.
