#810 – Photos Uploaded with Gray Spot when large

Greetings. When a photo is uploaded for an ad, if the photo is larger than 2Mb, then the photo is displayed like the attached.

Hello,

that's an issue with the image uploader, it is closely linked to the user's connexion speed and the host of your website.

We are currently working on the adsManager uploader to remove that issue.

The fix for that issue was not in the last version.

Did you try to reduce the size of the images in the configuration of AdsManager ?
