#681 – Editor Text Area

All of a sudden our text editor area does not work. I changed it back to a plain text area field, but why would it not work? We use JCE Editor.

No, this happened for a few users in a row, all of a sudden. I have not added anything new, just regular Joomla and Extension updates.

I turned on error reporting and did not see any errors. The field seems to be outlined with a dashed line, and then you type and it puts in a couple characters and locks you out.

I changed to tiny mce and it worked. so it seems to be conflict with jce. i have most updated version of jce. 2.8.2 pro version.
