With Adsmanager/Adsclarity Gold package, is it possible to have All categories over 'Price A' costing 1 Credit, and any under 'Price A' Free?

Hello,

With Paidsystem (which is already in the package), you can set the categories you want free and give a price to the other.

That settings is in the configuration of PaidSystem.
