#230 – Can NOT process payment with PayPal

Hello,

I tried several times to checkout with PayPal Sandbox and the process succeeds except the status of invoice that doesn't change, it still appears pending. Now I am trying to make real payments with my valid PayPal email address but after website redirects me to PayPal checkout page it display me this error: "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."

I don't know what I have done wrong. So, please can you help me?

Hello,

Are you able to insert the payment details (CB, paypal account) or the error is displayed before that step ?

Did you fill the options of the module ?

Hello,

Yes, I am able to insert paypal credentials and after I login it displays me the error. (image attachment)
What options of which module are you asking me?
Because I only have filled the options of 'Invoicing Paypal Payment Plugin'. (image attachment)

Hello,

Okay, that weird, if the bug come from the website then the error must be display before login in the paypal account not after.

Are you using that account on other website or just this one ? Did you done a successful payment with this account or it never worked ?
