#136 – Null fields on Database

Hello,

I have a problem after I purchase an ad. I am testing with sandbox and after the purchase is completed it redirects me at Thank you Page. Thats Ok but, when I go to my ads I can NOT see this ad. I look up the database and what I found was an NULL row. except id, userid, date_created, expiration_date and publication_date

Please I need your help to solve this.

Hello,

that's mean that the ad was not switched from the pending state to the active.

In the backend, check that the plugin Invoicing - AdsManager generator is enabled, if not enable it.
