Hello,

Are you using adsClarity ? If yes, are you talking about the banners in the home slider ?

Or just the regular banners ?

Best regards.

Hello,

For the homeslider images, the image don't need any size specified in their options.

If you put a width or a height, please remove it.

As you can see on demo.joomprod.com/adsclarity, the homeslider is responsive.

Best regards.

No, it is not responsive.

The example slides are backgrounds overlaid with text. The background gets cropped.

If you put a banner ad in there, it will be cropped.

I've added a Real estate banner to the slider at easttexasnews.com/newdev

You can see it is being cropped as you decrease the width of the browser.

Just wondering if you have heard anything from the web designer. Can't use the slider if it is not responsive.

Thanks

Hello,

So The web designer just give me an answer.

She tested multiple solution and the only way to make the banners images resizer will staying full would be to add black strip to keep the ratio, otherwise the image will be too small for the text.

In conclusion, right now, the zoom in the image is here to made that part fully responsive without adding anything else.

Adding the option to do it exactly how you want is adding another feature to that module which is not covered by the support since it is a custom developpement.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards.
