#659 – Search by word in Support Tickets

In Support Tickets it is possible to search by ticket status, but it is not possible to do it by words, subject or text.
I know you can search when you are going to write a new ticket but not on the initial screen: https://www.joomprod.com/support/support-tickets.html
Could you add that search on the initial screen?
