Hello,

The mobile menu work but is empty on my browser.

You need to assign some menu items to that menu in the backend of Joomla.

There is no such menu.

Hello,

The mobile menu must first be created like any menu of Joomla.

Create a new menu, assign it some menu items.

Then, create a new module menu and assign it to the mobile menu position of the template. The position name is 'sidemenu'.
